Age restrictions

All thermal areas, including the vitality pool, are restricted to 18 years and over. All treatments are restricted to 16 years and over. Children are welcome to use the swimming pool between 9am - 10:30am and 4.30pm - 6pm only. There is a £10.00 charge per child.

Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment or package in order to complete your treatment consultation form and to relax. If you’re late, then unfortunately your treatment may have to be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next guest. The treatment price will remain the same.

Cancellation policy

Day spa programmes and treatments require full payment upon booking. All bookings require a credit or debit card number to secure the booking.

At least 24 hours notice is required for cancelling spa treatments. For spa days we require at least 72 hours notice. If we are unable to re-sell your booking space a charge will be made to the card taken at the time of booking. Please note if we are able to change your booking date with less than 72 hours notice a booking fee may apply.

Health

As some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions, we will ask you to complete a treatment consultation form when you arrive for a treatment or spa programme. It is important to let us know of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy. For pregnancy within the first trimester, we do not recommend any body treatments.

What to wear

Swimwear is required for all wet areas of The Spa, including the pool and thermal area. Gym attire is required for those working out in our gymnasium. For guests having treatments, a robe is provided and it is recommended to wear either swimwear or underwear beneath.

Valuables

We strongly advise you not to bring valuables into The Spa. Items can be left in your locker.

Service charge

We are extremely proud of our team, all of whom work incredibly hard. Whether working behind the scenes or front of house, everyone contributes to make your experience as special as possible. This is why we have introduced a discretionary 10% service charge which has been automatically included in the online price. This charge will be wholly distributed to our team members. If you'd prefer not to pay this, then please contact spa@hatherleymanor.co.uk and we will happily refund the charge.

Notes

Please note payment is taken in full when the booking is made, the card details are not held as a reserve.

When booking an 85 minute treatment, use of the facilities is complimentary for two hours.  

To purchase spa access, £25.00 per person for two hours access, please contact us directly. We do not offer full day pass.
